Analysis of selected cases of motivation of juveniles from socially excluded localities in Bílina and surroundings

Abstract:

Teoretická východiska bakalářské práce jsou orientována na problematiku sociálního vyloučení, charakteristiku sociálně vyloučených lokalit a důsledků života v tomto prostředí na sekundární vzdělávání dětí. Rovněž není opomenuta charakteristika rodiny, a motivace, která je významným faktorem v oblasti dosažení vzdělání a předpokladu lepšího uplatnění na trhu práce. Pozornost bude dále věnována strategii vzdělávací politiky ČR. Empirická část je věnována prezentaci kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumu, který je zacílen na analýzu hodnocení mladistvých ve vztahu k jejich přípravě na budoucí povolání. Data jsou získána prostřednictvím polo-strukturovaného rozhovoru. Cílem této práce je formulace doporučení pro další činnosti OSPOD, které mohou přispět ke zvýšení profesní kvalifikace u těchto mladistvých, žijících v sociálně vyloučených lokalitách.

Abstract:

The theoretical basis of the bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of social exclusion, the characteristics of socially excluded localities and the consequences of life in this environment on secondary education of children. Also, the family characteristics and motivation, which is an important factor in the achievement of education and the assumption of better employment in the labor market, are not neglected. Attention will be paid to the strategy of Czech education policy. The empirical part is devoted to the presentation of qualitatively oriented research, which is aimed at analyzing the evaluation of juveniles in relation to their preparation for future professions. The data are obtained through a semi-structured interview. The aim of this work is to formulate recommendations for other authority child protection activities that can contribute to the enhancement of professional qualifications for these teenagers living in socially excluded localities.
