Firemní kultura a nové generace

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na organizační kulturu, popisuje její prvky, k čemu slouží, proč je tak důležitá a její užitečnost v praxi. Téma organizační kultury propojuje s tématem současné generace na trhu práce. Tato práce by měla čtenáři přiblížit pohled na generaci Milennials a jejich fungování ve firmě. Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza generace X a milennials v konkrétní firmě. Každá generace je v něčem výjimečná a vyžaduje něco jiného. Výstup této analýzy je doporučení zaměstnavateli, jak by se mělo přistupovat k různým generacím.

Abstract:

This bachelors work focuses on organization´s culture and describes it´s elements and why it is so important and it´s value in real life. This topic is connected with current generations in the labor market. This work should show the reader how the millenials generation work and funkcions in a company. The main goal of this work is a analysis of the millenials generation in a specific company. Every generation is somehow unique and demands something else. At the end of the analysis the should be a suggestion for the employer how he should approach each generation.
