Electric vehicles traffic and pedestrians safety
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na provozování různých typů elektrovozidel a s tím spojené riziko ohrožení bezpečnosti všech účastníků silničního provozu, zejména chodců, převážně pak nevidomých či slabozrakých. Analýza se věnuje současnému stavu legislativy a provozu elektrovozidel. Dále autor navrhuje opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zvýšení bezpečnosti. Tyto návrhy jsou následně zhodnoceny.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on an electric vehicles traffic and related increased risk of danger to all road traffic users, especially for pedestrians, largely for those who are blind or particullary sighted. The analysis deals with the current state of legislation and operation of electric vehicles.
