Reflection of work ability of employees older than 50 years in the working environment of the production organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní schopnosti u zaměstnanců starších 50 let v pracovním prostředí výrobní organizace. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části práce představuji koncept pracovní schopnosti, její teoretické zpracování a ucelený přehled modelů, jimiž je teoretický koncept ukotven. Cílem empirické části práce je zjistit, jak zaměstnanci starší 50 let reflektují svoji pracovní schopnost v jednotlivých oblastech pracovního prostředí výrobní organizace. Výsledky této práce ukazují, jaké faktory vybrané oblasti pracovní schopnosti ovlivňují, a jak je zaměstnanci staršími 50 let reflektována. V závěrečné diskuzi pak zjištěná data srovnávám s nalezenými teoretickými poznatky a výzkumnými studiemi.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of work ability of employees older than 50 years in the working environment of a production organization. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part of the work I present the concept of work ability, its theoretical anchoring and a comprehensive overview of the models by which the theoretical concept is anchored. The aim of the empirical part of the thesis is to find out how employees over 50 years of age reflect their work ability in different areas of the production organization's work environment. The results of this work show what factors selected areas of work ability affect, and how it is reflected by employees over 50 years of age. In the final discussion, I compare the data with the theoretical findings and research studies.
