Stimulation of staff to ensure performance optimization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá stimulací zaměstnanců s cílem zvýšit a optimalizovat jejich výkon tak, aby odpovídal představám a očekáváním managementu. Předkládá zjištění, z jakých důvodů je současný systém stimulování pracovního výkonu efektivní a neúčinný. Dále upozorňuji na skutečnost, že je třeba se zabývat i jinými způsoby stimulace než samotnými finančními moduly, a to především prací zaměřenou na lidské zdroje. Také jsem chtěla volbou tématu ukázat, že absence stimulů zaměřených právě na vedení pracovníků a jejich výkonů dokáže působit destruktivně na zvolené finanční metody stimulace. V teoretické části představuji definice základních teoretických konceptů,v metodologické části se zabývám identifikací postupy sběru dat a metodologickými postupy. Jako výzkumnou metodu jsem použila nejprve rámcovou analýzu a následně jsem interpretovala skutečnosti zjištěné během šetření. V empirické části pak představuji samotná zjištění, která jsem klasifikovala do kategorií a subkategorií. Tato část práce je provázána citacemi z uskutečněných rozhovorů tak, aby zajistila bližší pochopení problematiky uvnitř organizace. Na empirickou část navazují návrhy řešení, které může management organizace využít pro eliminaci zjištěných dilemat a zvýšení výkonnosti pracovníků a celé organizace.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the stimulation of employees in order to improve and optimizme their performance to suit the conception andexpectations of management. Submitted by finding the reasons for the current system to stimulate job performance effective and ineffective. Furthermore, note that need to be addressed in other ways than stimulation by the financial modules, and especiallywork focused on human resources. I also wanted by my selection of this topic to show that the absence of incentives just focusedon leadership skills and their performance can be destructive to the selected financial methods of stimulation. The theoretical part is the definition of basic theoretical concepts and the methodology section deals with the identificationprocedures for data collection and methodological procedures. As a research method I used the first framework analysis followedthe interpretation of interview.. In the empirical part constitute the findings, which I classified into categories and subcategories. This part is linked with quotations from the interviews and to ensure further understanding of the issues within the organization. The empirical part is followed by a proposed solution which management can use to eliminate the identified dilemmas, and tune-up the performance of employees and the organization.
