Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje tématu Leidenské mutace, která je považována za jednu z nejrozšířenějších vrozených trombofilií. Popisovaná mutace způsobuje zvýšené srážení krve a stává se rizikovým faktorem pro tromboembolismus. Práce se zabývá charakteristikou onemocnění, klinickými projevy, možnostmi diagnostiky, rizikovými faktory, dále přístupy ke zmírnění rizika trombózy a četností výskytu.
Abstract:
This thesis is devoted with Leiden mutation, which is considered one of the most inherited thrombophilia. Described mutation is increases the blood clotting and becomes risk factor for thromboembolism. The thesis concerns with the characteristics of disease, clinical manifestations, diagnostic possibilities, risk faktors, attitudes to reduce the risk of thrombosis also and accurrence of this mutation …more
