Analysis of the concept of autority in individuals with mild mental retardation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice pojetí autority u jedinců s lehkou mentální retardací. V teoretické části se zaměříme na vymezení pojmů souvisejících s tématem naší práce. Na počátku se budeme zabývat mentální retardací, se zaměřením na charakteristiku jedinců s lehkou mentální retardací, jejich vzdělávání a také postavení ve společnosti. Dále se zaměříme na vymezení autority, její členění a také její roli ve výchově a vzdělávání. S tím souvisí poslední kapitola teoretické části, v níž se seznámíme s některými aspekty působení a osobnosti pedagoga, které mohou ovlivnit jeho autoritu. V empirické části prezentujeme výsledky našeho šetření, jehož předmětem bylo pojetí autority u jedinců s lehkou mentální retardací. Na základě tohoto šetření stanovíme, jak tito jedinci autoritu vnímají a které aspekty pedagogovy osobnosti mohou jeho autoritu posílit či naopak oslabit.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with problems of autority concept in individuals with mild mental retardation. The theoretical part is focused on definition of the terms which is related with the topic of our work. At the begining we are concerned with mental retardation, focused on attributes of people with mild mental retardation, their education and social status. In the next part we focuse on definition of autority, it's classification and it's function in education, which is related with the last chapter, where we get acquainted with some aspects of pedagogical impact and personality, which is influence his autority. In the empirical part we present results of our research, whose subject is concept of autority in individuals with mild mental retardation. On the basis of this research we determinate, how this people perceive the autority and which quality of teacher's personality could strenghten or weaken his autority.
