The Development of Tourism in the Jizera Mountains - Ski resorts Bedřichov and Severák

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozvoj cestovního ruchu v Jizerských horách – lyžařská střediska Bedřichov a Severák. Cíle práce jsou: 1) porovnat lyžařská střediska mezi sebou 2) navrhnout změny, jak zlepšit služby obou středisek podle průzkumu zákazníků, což by mohlo vést k větší spokojenosti zákazníků. První část práce se týká terminologie cestovního ruchu, který popisuje předmět cestovního ruchu a zmiňuje se také o historii lyžování. Druhá část práce se věnuje lyžařským areálům. K dispozici jsou detailní informace o lyžařských střediscích, jejich ceníky, ubytovací a stravovací služby a dalších aktivit. Závěr druhé části analyzuje průzkum zákazníků. Závěrečná část práce představuje možné podněty, řešení a doporučení, které by mohly přispět k rozvoji cestovního ruchu v těchto konkrétních lyžařských středisek.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the development of tourism in Jizera Mountains – skiing resorts Bedřichov and Severák. The aims of the thesis are: 1) to compare these skiing resorts to each other 2) to suggest the changes of how to improve the services of both skiing resorts according to the customers survey, which could lead into higher customers satisfaction The first part of the thesis relates to the terminology of tourism, desribes who the subject of tourism is, mentions also the skiing history. The second part of the thesis pays attention to the skiing resorts themselves. There are detailed information about the skiing resorts, their pricelists, accommodation and catering services and other activities. The conclusion of the second part analyses the customers survey. The final part of the thesis represents the possible suggestions, solutions and recommendations, which could contribute to the development of tourism in these particular skiing resorts.
