Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku schodku státního rozpočtu a státního dluhu a jejich vývoje. Popisuje také způsoby, jakými jsou objemy těchto ukazatelů vykazovány podle standardní metodologie. Dále se věnuje tématu řízení státního dluhu, v kterém jsou uvedeny cíle a kritéria společně se sledovanými riziky a organizační uspořádání dluhového managementu. This thesis focuses on the government budget deficit and government debt and their development. It also describes the ways in which the values of these parameters are reported by standard methodology.
