Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na stavební spoření, jako nástroj pro řešení bytových potřeb. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsou rozebrané zejména pojmy, které se ve stavebním spoření používají, vývoj v jednotlivých letech a vliv na ekonomiku České republiky. The bachelor's thesis focuses on building savings as a tool for solving of housing problems. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. Concepts that are used in the field of building savings, changes in particular years and influence on the economy of the Czech Republic are discussed in the first part of the thesis.
