Church Restitution

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je pojmout aktuální téma odluky církve od státu, k němuž dojde po uskutečnění církevních restitucí z dlouhodobého hlediska jejich dopadu. Po schválení zákona o majetkovém vyrovnání vzešla vlna nesouhlasu od většiny občanů České republiky, kteří nebyli s řešením spokojeni. Za pomoci důvěryhodné literatury a zdrojů má tato práce obhájit souhlas s formou vyrovnání mezi státem a církvemi, a to především z důvodu jeho schopnosti vyřešit několikaleté spory a neshody mezi církvemi a státem, kdy byl již mnohokrát poskytnut návrh vyřešení celé situace, ať už z jedné či z druhé strany, ale nikdy nedošlo k uzákonění.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to hold the current topic of the separation between churches and the state, that would come to the conclusion after the restitutions in the long viewpoint of its impact. The majority of the czech citizens expressed disagree with the solution of the problem after the approval of the Act about Property Settlement with Churches and Religious Communities. This study would defend an affirmative attitude to the shape of the property settlement between churches and the state with the aid of the appropriate literature and resources. The main reason to this attitude is its ability to resolve several years disputes between churches and the state. The solution of the situation has been repeatedly proposed from both parts, but it has never been legalized.
