Tato absolventská práce je zaměřená na bariéry pro doprovázení umírajících v domácím prostředí, a to z pohledu sociálních pracovníků. Zabývá se popisem paliativní a hospicové péče jako takové, dále definuje a popisuje jednotlivé bariéry. This thesis is focused on barriers to accompany the dying in the home environment, from the perspective of social workers. It deals with the description of palliative and hospice care as such, further defines and describes the individual barriers.
