Bachelor thesis includes the issue of distribution and production of beer and analysis of large breweries. It focuses on beer in Czech gastronomy and the marketing strategies of beer on offer.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca obsahuje problematiku distribúcie a výroby piva a rozborom veľkých pivovarov. Zameriava sa na pivo v českej gastronómii a na marketingové stratégie v ponuke piva.
