Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem freelancigu jako podnikání jedné osoby, která si sama shání zakázky a nechává se najímat na různé činnosti. V tomto případě k podnikatelskému plánu zajištění „akční půjčovny kol“, která by spojovala službu vytváření cyklistických tras a dobrodružných programů na míru s rozvozem cyklického vybavení, případně i osob na žádaná místa. Vše v rámci turisticky atraktivní destinace jižních Čech, což umožní lepší marketingové cílení a koordinaci služby, kterou si ale bude moci objednat kdokoliv z ČR i zahraničí. V teoretické části je představena problematika podnikání na volné noze, identifikovány její klady, zápory, cenotvorba a možnosti marketingové propagace s důrazem na osobní branding a specifika cestovního ruchu. V praktické části je popsán konkrétní podnikatelský plán, díky čemuž má práce praktické využití.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of freelancing as a business of one person who finds his own contracts and gets hired for various activities. In this case, the business plan is set to provide the service of an "action bike rental" that would combine the service of creating customized cycling routes and adventure programs with the possibility to deliver cycling equipment and in case of interest also people to desired locations. All within the attractive tourist destination of South Bohemia, which will allow better marketing targeting and coordination of the service, which can be ordered by anyone from the Czech Republic and even abroad. The theoretical part introduces the issue of freelance business, identifies its pros, cons, pricing and marketing promotion options with emphasis on personal branding and specifics of tourism. In the practical part, a concrete business plan is described, which makes the thesis of practical use.
