Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá Kompatibilitou nabídky sociálních služeb s potřebami klientů Terénního programu o. s. DRUG - OUT Klub. Práce je postavena na primárních lidských potřebách a potřebách uživatelů drog, představuje terénní práci, její cíle a historii. Dále se zabývá terénní prací s uživateli drog a jejími specifickými cíli a metodami. V neposlední řadě se věnuje samotné organizaci, ve které proběhlo empirické šetření, které navazuje na tyto teoretické informace. Šetření je provedeno formou dotazníku, jehož respondenty jsou klienti organizace. Cílem a tedy výstupem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení a návrh na optimalizaci nabídky služeb.

Abstract:

This bachelor?s thesis deals with compatibility of social services with the clients´ needs of the outreach program o. s. DRUG - OUT Club. The thesis is based on primary human needs as well as drug users´ needs, introduces field work, its goals and history. It also deals with outreach work with drug users and its specific objectives and methods. The thesis also deals with the organization where the empirical research took place. The research is a follow up to these theoretical pieces of information. The research is carried out through a questionnaire survey whose respondents are clients of the organization. The aim as well as the output of this thesis is the evaluation and proposal to the optimization of the supply of services.
