Práce se zabývá managementem v kultuře a jeho aplikací ve vybrané kulturní organizaci. První část práce se věnuje teorii managementu, kde je definován management a jeho jednotlivé manažerské funkce, dále jsou charakterizovány kultura, umění a kulturní organizace. Abstract:
This work deals with arts management and its application in selected cultural organization. Theoretical part describes management and managerial functions focusing on terms such as culture, art and cultural organization. The practical part analyses main managerial functions in the Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra Pardubice which are subsequently summarized and evaluated in the last part.
