Diplomová práce má za cíl vytvoření nového kalkulačního systému ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši vztahující se na problematiku nákladů a jejich klasifikaci. Dále se zaměřuje na kalkulace spolu s procesním řízením podniku. V praktické části byla provedena finanční, taktéž nákladová analýza. The main goal of this diploma thesis is creating a new calculating system of the selected company. The theory was researched in literature on costs and their classifications.
