Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with clover isoflavonoids, including daidzein, genistein, biochanin A and formononetin. Isoflavonoids are substances which exhibit estrogenic activity. They have wide positive effects to human health, they could be used to treat and prevent diseases such as osteoporosis, cardiovascular diseases or even cancer. Teoretická část této bakalářské práce se zabývá jetelovými isoflavonoidy, mezi které patří daidzein, genistein, biochanin A a formononetin. Isoflavonoidy jsou látky, které vykazují estrogenní aktivitu. Mají široké pozitivní účinky na lidské zdraví, hovoří se o nich v souvislosti s léčbou a prevencí nemocí jako osteoporóza, kardiovaskulární onemocnění či dokonce rakovina.
