Rationalization of the Adaptation Process for New Production Workers in the Context of the Digital Transformation of the Company

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku racionalizace procesu adaptace pro nové výrobní pracovníky v kontextu digitální transformace firmy. Stávající postupy byly analyzovány a byla navržena opatření, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení procesu adaptace nových pracovníků a snížení jejich fluktuace. V rámci práce byla nejprve představena společnost greiner packaging slušovice s.r.o. Následně byla zkoumána a analyzována aktuální situace procesu adaptace nových pracovníků ve firmě. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků byla navržena opatření, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení procesu adaptace. Tyto návrhy zahrnovaly implementaci nových technologií a digitalizaci procesu adaptace. Díky navrženým opatřením byl zaveden nový adaptační proces výrobních pracovníků, který umožňuje lepší zvládnutí pracovních dovedností v ostrém provozu díky využití tréninkového centra. Také byla vytvořena nová adaptační brožura, která může být v blízké době digitalizována a bude umožňovat automatickou aktualizaci a generování informací, což eliminuje potřebu ručního přepisování a udržování. Výsledky této práce jsou užitečné pro firmu greiner packaging slušovice s.r.o., která se tak může efektivněji přizpůsobit rychle se měnícím podmínkám v oblasti digitální transformace. Zlepšený proces adaptace nových pracovníků pomáhá snižovat fluktuaci a zvyšovat produktivitu, což může vést ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy na trhu.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issue of rationalizing the adaptation process for new production workers in the context of the digital transformation of the firm. Existing practices have been analysed and measures have been proposed that could lead to an improvement of the adaptation process for new workers and a reduction in their turnover. The work first introduced the company greiner packaging slušovice s.r.o. Subsequently, the current situation of the process of adaptation of new workers in the company was examined and analysed. Based on the identified shortcomings, measures were proposed that could lead to the improvement of the adaptation process. These suggestions included the implementation of new technologies and digitalization of the adaptation process. Thanks to the proposed measures, a new adaptation process for production workers has been introduced, which enables better mastery of work skills in live operation using a training centre. Also, a new adaptation booklet has been created that can be digitized soon and will allow automatic updating and generation of information, eliminating the need for manual transcription and maintenance. The results of this work are useful for the company greiner packaging slušovice s.r.o., which can adapt more effectively to the rapidly changing conditions in the field of digital transformation. An improved process of adaptation of new employees helps to reduce turnover and increase productivity, which can lead to an increase in the company's competitiveness in the market.
