Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje tématu interpersonální role manažera v týmu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Obsahem teoretické části jsou nejdříve definice pojmů tým, týmová práce a úspěšný tým. Následně se práce zaměřuje na roli a osobnost manažera a v poslední kapitole je rozebrána interpersonální role manažera. V praktické části je zprvu představena firma, definované výzkumné otázky a metody. Následuje analýza a interpretace výsledků. Na závěr práce je shrnutí a doporučení pro zlepšení.

Abstract:

Topic of this thesis is about interpersonal manager role at the team. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part define notions like the team, teamwork, and successful team. Subsequently, the work focuses on the role and personality of the manager and the last chapter deals with interpersonal roles of manager. In the practical part is introduced company, research questions and methods. Following the analysis and interpretation of results. In conclusion is summary and recommendations for improvement.
