Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat průběh financování korporátního klienta bankou. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části - na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány účetní výkazy, finanční analýza a jednotlivé části úvěrového návrhu. V praktické části je uvedena finační analýza na základě údajů z klientových výročních zpráv. The aim of this thesis is to describe the course of corporate financing. The thesis is divided into two main parts - the theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical section describes the financial statements, financial analysis and the individual components of the loan proposal.
