Woman's sexuality after childbirth

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku sexuality ženy po porodu, jejímž cílem je zmapovat faktory, které ovlivňují návrat ženy k intimnímu životu po porodu, a to z pohledu biologických, psychologických a sociálních aspektů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se věnujeme popisu sexuality ženy před porodem, po porodu a ovlivňujícím faktorům. Také se soustředíme na možné sexuální dysfunkce u žen po porodu a jejich diagnostiku a případnou terapii. Tato část byla vypracována na základě odborné literatury a odborných článků. Praktická část práce je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, který byl proveden formou rozhovorů s ženami po porodu. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že návrat k intimnímu životu po porodu je individuální proces, který je ovlivněn mnoha faktory. Mezi nejčastější faktory patří únava, bolest, změny v těle, psychický stav ženy a komunikace s partnerem.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of women's sexuality after childbirth, aiming to map the factors that influence a woman's return to intimate life after childbirth, from the perspective of biological, psychological and social aspects. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part we describe the sexuality of a woman before childbirth, after childbirth and the influencing factors. We also focus on possible sexual dysfunctions in women after childbirth and their diagnosis and possible therapy. This section is based on literature and professional articles. The practical part of the thesis is based on qualitative-active research, which was conducted in the form of interviews with postpartum women. The results of the research show that the return to intimate life after childbirth is an individual process that is influenced by many factors. The most common factors include fatigue, pain, changes in the body, the woman's psychological state and communication with the partner.
