Abstract:
Disertační práce se zabývá významem mikroRNA u vybraných kardiovaskulárních onemocnění, a to na třech úrovních. Na úrovni genetické se věnuje asociaci jednonukleotidového polymorfismu rs7079 v genu pro angiotensinogen (lokalizovaného ve vazebném místě pro mikroRNA) s klinickými charakteristikami pacientů s obezitou a ischemickou chorobou srdeční. Abstract:
The Ph.D. thesis is focused on the roles of microRNAs in the selected cardiovascular disorders at three distinct research levels. At the genetical level, it describes the association of rs7079 single nucleotide polymorphism in the angiotensinogen gene (located in microRNA binding site) with the clinical characteristics of patients with obesity and coronary artery disease.
