The Land Registry, how we don't know him

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Katastr nemovitostí, jak ho neznáme se zaměřuje na představení této instituce. Cílem je analýza postavení a činností katastru nemovitostí v systému ochrany vlastnictví k nemovitostem. Kromě toho má práce analyzuje a upozorňuje na možné podvodné jednání účastníků řízení. V teoretické části je představena historie, zákonné úpravy a nejčastěji se vyskytující zápisy na katastru. V praktické části jsou vymezeny modelové situace podvodného jednání, komparovány analyzované zápisy a vyvozeny jejich výhody, nevýhody. Výstupem práce je edukace čtenáře v této oblasti.

Abstract:

Subject of this bachelor thesis is the Land registry as we do not know it and the main focus is on introducing this institution. The aim is to analyze the status and doings of the land registry in the system of property ownership protection. Besides that my thesis analyses and draws attention to possible fraudulent behavior of participants. In the theoretical part there is introduced the history, the legal regulations and most frequently occuring enrollments on the land register. The practical part of my thesis defines model situations of fraudulent behavior, compares the analyzed enrollments and their advantages and disadvantages are drawn. The outcome of this work is the education of the reader in this particular area.
