Measuring the velocity of sound

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zpracování návodů na školní experimenty a měření. Data jsou zpracovány pomocí zesilovače, mikrofonu, reproduktoru, osciloskopu, Quinckeho a Kundtovy trubice, PVC trubice, Vernier, počítače s programem Audacity a Sigview, metru a teploměru. Měřené hodnoty jsou porovnávány s tabulkovými hodnotami. Úlohy mohou být předlouhou. Hlavním zjištěním je, že nejtěžší způsob měření nemusí být nepřesnější.

Abstract:

This work aims at elaborating the instructions for experiments and means of measuring.The data is processed by an amplifier, a microphone, speakers, an oscilloscope, Quincke's tube, Kundt's tube, a PVC pipe, Vernier device, a computer with Audacity and SiegView software, measuring tape and a thermometer. Measured values are compared with table values. Tasks can be used as a template. The conclusion is the most complicated way of measuring is not neccessarily the most accurate.
