Bakalářská práce objasňuje důležité aspekty osobnosti manažera spolu se zásadami fyzické rovnováhy a duševní hygieny, které tuto osobnost značně ovlivňují. Seznamuje s tím, jaké by měl manažer mít kompetence, chování a jaké styly řízení může uplatňovat.
