Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce popíše termín ?Sledování osob a věcí? (detektivní pozorování) a hlavně právní aspekty této činnosti a také porovná soukromé detektivní služby s policejními orgány. Krátce jsou rozebrány i neméně důležité psychologické aspekty detektivního pozorování a jejich statistiky. Ke konci jsou uvedeny technické prostředky detektivního pozorování a kriminalistické expertízy.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis explanation of a term ?Trecking of people and things? (detective observation) and mainly law aspects of this activity also compares private investigators with police authorities. Shortly there are no less important psychological aspects of detective observation and statistics. In a last parts there are facilities of detective observation for documentation and forensic science.
