Anotace:

The bachelor thesis will be related to black market management. The theme is to analyse the method of black-market enterprise management, and the difference between black market enterprises and normal enterprise management, understand these different management methods, and analyse them. My thesis includes the following structure: the concept of the black market, the impact of the black market, the reasons for the formation of the black market, the strategy of the black-market enterprises, the competitive advantages of the black market enterprises, and the risks.
