Anotace:

Sociální a pastorační práce v hospici – Společné aspekty a souvislosti Předložená absolventská práce Sociální a pastorační práce v hospici – Společné aspekty a souvislosti je uvedením do pomezí sociální a pastorační práce zaměřené na hospicovou péči. Zabývá se popisem samostatné sociální práce, pastorační práce a jeho vzájemného propojení a obohacení se obou oborů. Cílem práce je oba obory popsat a hledat vzájemné propojení v souvislosti s domácím hospicem, v němž autorka pracuje. V první části je popsána sociální práce v obecné rovině a na základě studia dostupné lite-ratury odpovídá na základní otázky, které se s tímto tématem pojí: historické pozadí soci-ální práce, sociální práce v současné době, a přístupy v sociální práci. V druhé části se práce zaměřuje na pastorační práci. Popisuje pojem pastorační práce a pastorální a praktickou teologii, z níž vychází. Ve třetí části je popsán dialog mezi sociální prací a teologii. Ve čtvrté části se autorka vě-nuje sociální a pastorační práci jako pomáhajícím profesím, pracuje s tématy doprovázení, hranice vztahu s klientem a metody práce s klientem. Dále popisuje úskalí a pomoc pro pomáhající pracovníky, to v sobě zahrnuje syndrom vyhoření a supervizi. Zde je i uvedena mezioborovost a odbornost sociální a pastorační práce. Pátá část je věnována hospicu, paliativní a hospicové péči s ilustrací příběhů z praxe Domácího hospice Křídla a zkušenosti z praxe sociálního i pastoračního pracovníka. Závěrem jsou uvedeny vzájemné souvislosti i rozdíly obou zmíněných oborů.

Abstract:

Social and pastoral care in a hospice - Common aspects and relations Submitted graduate thesis ,,Social and pastoral care in a hospice - Common aspects and relations” inaugurates into the topic of social and pastoral care focused in hospice care. The thesis is oriented to describe separately terms as social care, pastoral care, the relation in between the two and the enrichment of both together. Author’s aspiration is to describe both fields of healthcare and to find the connection between the two and home hospice, where the author works. In the first part of the thesis is described and explained the field of social care in general and based on the available literature the basic questions connected to the topic are answered such as: historical background of social care, nowadays social care, types of approaching to the social care. The second part of the thesis focuses on a pastoral care. The terms pastoral care, pastoral and practical theology (from which it originates) are ex-plained. In the third part the dialogs between social care and theology are described. In the fourth part the author describes social and pastoral care such as helpful professions in general hospice care. The author works with the topics such as accompany in palliative care, boundaries in a relationship between client and a hospice worker, methods of the work with client. Further the author describes the difficulties of social care and possibilities of help for social workers - the chapter inc-ludes burn out syndrome and explains the importance of supervision. In this part is explained the interdisciplinary range and specialism of the social and pastoral care. The fifth part of the thesis describes hospice as a term, palliative and hospice care, which is illustrated on the stories from the author’s practise of home hospice ,,Křídla” and experi-ences form practise of social and pastoral care worker. In the resume it is inaugurated the relations and differences between the two mentioned fields of health care.
