Indirect costs management
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je provést analýzu řízení nepřímých nákladů v konkrétním podniku. Na základě této analýzy a poznatků z odborné literatury navrhnout možné zdokonalení a dále srovnat přínosy a dodatečné náklady spojené se změnou stávajícího systému. V práci bude uplatněna metoda analýzy syntézy.
Abstract:
The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze indirect cost management in a particular company. To propose a way to improve the system based on the results of this analysis and information gained from subject literature and to compare the benefits and any additional costs resulting from the change. I will employ a method of analysis and synthesis.
