Optimization and standardization of the project flow value in NEMEC POLAK Inc.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat návrh na optimalizaci a standardizaci hodnotového toku tvorby projektů ve společnosti NĚMEC POLÁK s.r.o. Jmenovaný podnik se zabývá projektováním a statikou nosných konstrukcí pozemních staveb, jde tedy o projektovou (maticovou) organizaci společnosti.Teoretická část definuje pojem proces a specifikuje jeho vztah k tvorbě hodnot v podniku. Představuje účastníky podnikových procesů a popisuje jejich role. Druhá polovina teoretické časti vyjmenovává vybrané nástroje potřebné k mapování hodnotových toků v podniku a vysvětluje jejich užití v praxi. Tyto vybrané nástroje jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části.Praktická část nejdříve charakterizuje zkoumanou firmu a její produktové portfolio. A pak důkladně popisuje hlavní výdělečnou činnost právě aplikováním výše zmiňovaných nástrojů. Po detailní analýze, práce přichází s optimálním řešením nalezeného problému. Výstupem této práce je tedy návrh na využití zjištěného řešení.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to devise a proposal for optimization and standardization of the value flow of project output in NEMEC POLAK Inc. The company deals with designing and statics of load-bearing structures of buildings, it is a project (matrix) organization of the company.The theoretical part defines the concept of process and specifies its relation to the creation of values in business. It represents participants in business processes and describes their role. The second half of the theoretical part includes selected tools needed to map value flows in a company and explains their use in practice. These selected tools are then applied in the practical part.The practical part first describes the analyzed company and its product portfolio. And then it describes the main gainful activity in detail by applying the mentioned tools.After a detailed analysis, the bachelor thesis comes with the optimal solution of the problem. The output of this bachelor thesis is a proposal to use the solution found.
