The Contribution of Social Activation Services for Families with Children from the Perspective of the Workers of Socio-Legal Protection of Children Offices

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se věnuje sociálně aktivizačním službám pro rodiny s dětmi, konkrétně je zaměřená na hodnocení této služby očima pracovnic sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jak tyto pracovnice sociálně aktivizační službu vnímají a v čem spatřují její přínos. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, jako jsou rodina, funkce rodiny a jejich poruchy, či druhy ohrožení dítěte, které v rodině vyrůstá. Dále se teoretická část zabývá problematikou sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a možnostmi sociální práce s ohroženými rodinami, především sociálně aktivizačními službami pro rodiny s dětmi. V praktické části práce vymezuje výzkumný problém, na který se snaží odpovědět prostřednictvím rozhovorů s pracovnicemi orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. V závěru předkládá výsledky výzkumu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on social activation services for families with children and is specifically focused on the assessment of the service from the perspective of social workers providing legal child protection. The main objective is to determine how these social workers perceive activation service and what is the benefit they see in it. The theoretical part defines basic terms, such as family, family functions and malfunctions or different threats for a child who grows up in the family. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with child protection and the possibilities of social work with vulnerable families, mainly social activation services for families with children. In the practical part first a research problem is defined and answer are sought through interviews with social workers from official authorities in legal child protection. The results of research are presented in the final part.
