The project of establishing of the controlling system in the company ELAS inc.

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout implementaci některých nástrojů nákladového a finančního controllingu do společnosti pomocí popisu jednotlivých technik, metod a postupů nutných k provedení celé realizace projektu v daném podniku. Elas, spol. s r. o. je malou společností, která má předpoklady k efektivnímu a nenásilnému zavedení některých nových prvků do systému řízení a rozhodování vedení společnosti a má potenciál k tomu, být schopna se měnit a modernizovat. V první části jsou zobrazena teoretická východiska týkající se konkrétně jednotlivých pojmů controllingu, která jsou zásadní pro další části práce. Druhá část práce sestává z analýzy současného stavu společnosti a jeho vývoje a z projektu zavedení controllingu, resp. některých nástrojů controllingu do společnosti. Analytická část práce spočívá v prozkoumání současné situace organizace. Na základě stručné charakteristiky společnosti a jejích cílů, stejně tak jako na základě vnitropodnikové analýzy, lze zhodnotit stávající situaci ve společnosti z hlediska vnitřního i vnějšího a nalézt tak problémy, které je dobré řešit, příp. zlepšovat. Na základě výstupů analytické části je dále možno v samotném projektu realizovat konkrétní návrhy opatření, která spočívají v navržení kapacitního členění nákladů, návrhu sledování a výpočtu bodu zvratu a návrhu začlenění do výkaznictví firmy sledování peněžních toků. Na konci projektu bude vyhodnocena nákladovost, časová souslednost a přínosy či rizika implementace.

Abstract:

Aim of this diploma work is to suggest an implementation of some tools of load and financial controlling to the chosen company using the help of description of different methods and pro-gress necessary to fulfil the whole execution of a project in a given company. Elas, Ltd. is small company, which has premises to efficient introduction of some new elements to the system run and decision making in management of the company and has potential to be competently chan-ged and modernized. In the first part are brought together theoretical data concerning the concrete conceptions in controlling, which are important for the following parts of work. Second part of work consists of analyses of the contemporary state of the company and its develop-ment and from the controlling project implementation to the company or more precisely of some tools of controlling possibly implemented to the company. The Analytical part of the work rests in reconnaissance of the current situation of the company. On the basis in brief characteristics of the company and its aim, in the same way anyhow on the basis of the intradepartmental analyses, can the current situation in company be valorised in the light of inner and outer standpoint and find problems, which is good to solve or innovate in the company. On the basis of the results of the analytical part there is further possibility to solve concrete suggestions or arrangements in project itself, which lay in proposition of capacitive price splitting, suggestions of following and calculation of the breaking point and proposal of the incorporation of the monetary flows fol-lowing to the audit of the firm. At the end of the project the evaluation of costs, time sequence and contri-butions or risks of the implementation will be evaluated.
