The aim of the thesis is to map the practice of using quality tools in public transport, in particular, transport provider in Brno and Prague. The thesis is divided into four chapters. Riešenou problematikou diplomovej práce je zmapovanie praxe používania nástrojov kvality vo verejnej hromadnej doprave, konkrétne dopravného podniku v Brne a Prahe. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. V prvých kapitolách práce je pozornosť venovaná kvalite samotnej a teoretickým základom manažmentu kvality.
