Diplomová práce na téma “Motivační systém ve společnosti Olfin Car Palace s.r.o. a návrhy na jeho zlepšení“ obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky průzkumu a doporučení možných úprav v tomto systému.
Abstract:
Thesis on “Motivation system at Olfin Car Palace Ltd. and suggestions on improving” contains theoretical and practical parts. The first part focuses on explaining the basic concepts. The practical part contains the results of the survey and recommendations for possible changes in the system.
