Competence of the European Union in the Tax Regulation
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá současným stavem pravomocí a politik evropské unie v oblasti daní. Obsahuje popis právní úpravy daňové legislativy v Evropské unii, problematiku regulace daní a překážek regulace. Definuje jednotlivé prameny práva a jejich rozdělení dle závaznosti pro jednotlivé členské státy. Záměrem diplomové práce je navrhnout praktická a interpretační doporučení v konkrétní oblasti.
Abstract:
The work deals with the current state of political powers of the European union in the field of taxation. Contains a description of the tax legislation in European union legislation,regulatory issues and tax barriers regulation.
