Bakalárska práca je zameraná na kvalitu a možnosti jej zvyšovania. Táto bakalárska práca je rozdelená na dve hlavné časti. Teoretickú časť, v ktorej rozoberáme základne pojmy, históriu, vývoj a význam kvality v súčasnej dobe. Analyzujeme totálne riadenie kvality (TQM) a ISO normy, ktoré ju vo veľkej miere ovplyvňujú.
