Abstract:

Bednář, Jan. Lázně Aurora Třeboň a jejich konkurenceschopnost na trhu. Bakalářská práce.Vysoká škola hotelová v Praze 8, spol. s r. o. Praha: 2013. stran. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti lázeňského zařízení Lázně Aurora v Třeboni vzhledem k ostatním slatinným lázním na území ČR. Konkurenceschopnost je vyjádřena všemi pozitivy, které toto zařízení nabízí, zároveň je brán ohled i na nedostatky, jejichž odstranění či zlepšení jsou v práci navrhována. Metodami použitými ke zjišťování předností a nedostatků lázeňského zařízení se staly rozhovory se zaměstnanci lázní, analýza spektra poskytovaných služeb a dotazníkové šetření zaměřené jednak na motivaci hostů pro výběr lázní, dále na jejich spokojenost s jednotlivými lázeňskými službami a také na porovnání úrovní poskytovaných služeb v jiných, klientem dříve navštívených, lázních. Výsledkem práce je charakteristika jednotlivých služeb, které lázně a jejich okolí poskytují. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření podávají informace o spokojenosti zákazníků s jednotlivými službami, o nejdůležitějších hlediscích při volbě lázeňského zařízení a o vývojové tendenci poskytovaných služeb vnímané z pohledu klienta. Výsledky šetření zároveň poukazují na nejvíce vnímané nedostatky ze strany hostů. Po celkovém zhodnocení nabízených služeb z pohledu vysokoškolského studenta hotelnictví i zákazníka lázní je konstatováno, že lázně Aurora jsou konkurenceschopné a představují díky svému zavedenému jménu, kvalitním službám a nepoškozenému životnímu prostředí velikou hrozbu pro konkurenční slatinné lázně.

Bednář Jan. Aurora Spa Třeboň and their competitiveness in the market. Bachelor’s Dissertation. The Institute of Hospitality Managementin Prague 8, Ltd. Prague: 2013. pages. The goal of this dissertation is an evaluation of competitiveness of spa facility Lázně Aurora in Třeboň compared to the other moor spa in the Czech Republic. The competitiveness is characterized with all the positives which this facility offers and also it is paid attention on the negatives, whose removal or improvement are mentioned in this dissertation. Methods used to find out the pros and cons of the spa facility were interviews with spa employees, analysis of the variety of provided services and a questionnaire survey focused at the motivation of the guests for choosing the spa, furthermore at their satisfaction with the single spa services and also at comparison of the level of provided services in the other by the client sooner visited spas. The result of the dissertation is characteristics the single services, which are with spa and its surrounding being provided. The results of the questionnaire survey give the information about the customer’s satisfactionwiththe single services, about the most important viewpoints for their choice of the spa facility and about the developing tendency of provided services perceived from the point of view of the client. The survey results also refer to the biggest negatives perceived from the guests. After the overall evaluation of the provided services from the point of view of hospitality management university student and from the point of view of the spa customer it is set that Spa Aurora are fully competitive and due to its established name, quality services and undamaged environment is a big threat to the rival moor spas.
