Motivation of employees in the context of business strategy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je na téma motivace zaměstnanců v kontextu obchodní strategie, které se považuje za aktuální problematiku na pracovním trhu. V teoretické části se práce zabývá popsáním základních pojmů této problematiky a s nimi pojmy související. V praktické části bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření a použití jiných provedených průzkumů. Cílem bylo zhodnotit přínos motivace a zjistit jaké faktory ji nejvíce ovlivňují a na základě získaných informací stanovit následně doporučení a způsoby, jak správně motivovat zaměstnance, což pomáhá zvýšit jejich motivovanost a pracovní výkony.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with motivation of employees in the context of business strategy, which is considered to be the current issue in the labor market. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with a description of basic concepts of this issue and with the related terms. In the practical part a questionnaire survey and the use of other surveys were carried out. The aim was to evaluate the contribution of motivation and to identify the factors that affect it the most and, based on the gained information, to provide recommendations and ways to properly motivate employees, which helps to increase their motivation and work performance.
