Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce "Krizový management a jeho použití v praxi" je zhodnocení prodělané krize v tuzemském podniku CKP Chrudim a.s. V úvodní části vymezuji teoretický základ týkající se podniku, krize, krizového managementu a metod finanční analýzy. V praktické části tyto poznatky aplikuji na zvoleném podniku, kde se zabývám zejména charakteristikou prodělané krize a krizovým managementem. Následně pomocí finanční analýzy a analyzování vnitřního a vnějšího okolí podniku hodnotím jeho finanční zdraví a konkurenceschopnost.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis called “Crisis management and its implementation in the company” is to assess the crisis faced by a Czech enterprise CKP Chrudim a.s. The introductory part of the thesis focuses on theoretical background related to terms such as enterprise, crisis, crisis management and financial analysis methods. The practical part uses this theory for the above-mentioned enterprise. Special attention is paid to characteristic features of the crisis and to the relevant crisis management. Subsequently, financial analysis and analysis of internal and external environment are applied to assess financial health and competitiveness of that enterprise.
