Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aktuální právní úpravou koncernu v České republice. Tuto právní úpravu nalezneme v zákoně o obchodních korporacích z roku 2012, který přinesl řadu podstatných změn oproti předchozí právní úpravě. The diploma thesis is focused on the current statutory regulation of the concern in the Czech Republic. This regulation is contained in the Bussines corporation Act from the year 2012, which has changed many important questions of the concern law.
