Legislation and Tax Records Accounting - Theory and Practice

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou daňové evidence a účetnictví z pohledu teorie a praxe. V úvodu je vymezena právní regulace těchto institutů. Další kapitoly vymezují samotný pojem účetnictví, charakteristiku, funkce účetnictví a genezi tohoto institutu. Samostatná kapitola je věnována povinnosti vést účetnictví. Jsou zmíněny základní účetní zásady a okruh osob podléhajících úpravě v zákoně o účetnictví. V práci je nastíněna též problematika daňové evidence. Pozornost je věnována vazbám účetnictví na daňové předpisy a také na jiné právní oblasti. Součástí práce je nastínění kontrolních mechanismů v účetnictví. Zvláštní kapitola je věnována auditu. Předposlední kapitola se zabývá regulací podnikání v oblasti účetního poradenství. Závěr diplomové práce je věnován harmonizaci účetnictví od popisu samotného procesu harmonizace až po komparaci IFRS se současným stavem účetnictví v ČR s možnými doporučeními do budoucna.

Abstract:

This thesis concentrates on legal regulations of tax accounting and accountancy from theoretical and practical aspects. The prologue refers to legal regulation of these matters. Subsequent chapters determine general accounting basis theory defining accounting as a science, it's functions, basic description and genesis of accounting routine. It includes basic accounting principles and a range of individuals liable to accounting law. A detached chapter is devoted to accounts keeping obligation. Issues of tax accounting are also mentioned within the thesis. Attention is given to accounting connections with tax regulations and other legal areas. A part of the thesis mentions regulation mechanisms where special extract is set on audits. Penultimate chapter refers to business regulations in the sphere of accounting consultancy. Epilogue describes accounting harmonization and compares IFRS with contemporary accounting status in the Czech Republic and also contains possible references for the future.
