Virtual cooperation in medicine

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na metody a prostředky virtuální spolupráce, a to jak v oblasti teoretické - organizace, typů a řízení týmů, tak i v oblasti technologické - software a hardware, včetně praktických příkladů a posouzení praktického přínosu jednotlivých technických prostředků pro tuto spolupráci, jakož i využití autorových zkušeností v oblasti zabezpečení informačních systémů. Speciální část je zaměřena především na reálnou aplikaci těchto postupů a technologií v medicínském prostředí, s poukázáním na společné aspekty i odlišnosti, dané specifických prostředím a charakterem lékařské práce, a to jak s využitím klasických literárních zdrojů, tak i online zdrojů a novinek prezentovaných na Internetu, stejně tak i vlastních znalostí v oboru medicíny. Cílem práce je především ukázat, jaké uplatnění nacházejí metody a prostředky virtuální spolupráce v medicíně, a to nejen v oblasti teoretické, ale především se zaměřením na praktické užití, včetně uvedení osobních zkušenosti autora v oblasti telemedicíny, s uvedením reálných možností a financování provozování online lékařských konzultačních služeb.

Abstract:

This bachelor work deals with methods and means of the virtual cooperation in medicine. It covers areas of theory and organization of team management, as well as the field of technology -- software and hardware, including practical examples and assets of these instruments for virtual cooperation. There is a special emphasis on the field of IT security in this work (author's professional IT specialization). The special part covers the main goal of this work: To refer to a real application of virtual technology in the medical environment, from both software and hardware area. It shows common aspects and differences, set by the specific area of medicine and medical profession. To reach this goal, there have been used different resources, like classic books, e-books, online sources on the Internet (with actual news), as well as author's own skills from medicine and online medical consulting, including its possibilities and funding.
