Analysis and evaluation of the provision of public support from the municipalities to other subjects

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a zhodnocením poskytování veřejné podpory z prostředků obcí jiným subjektům. V úvodu práce jsou popsány základní definiční znaky veřejné podpory. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření s cílem zjistit zkušenosti s veřejnou podporou z prostředků obcí v Královéhradeckém kraji a analýzu údajů z Centrálního registru podpor malého rozsahu za poslední dva roky. V závěru práce je uvedeno doporučení obcím v konkrétních oblastech veřejné podpory.

Abstract:

The Master´s Thesis is focused on the analysis and valuation of providing the state aid to other subjects from municipal resources. The introduction of the thesis describes the basic characteristics of the state aid. The practical part presents the results of the survey with the objective to find out the experience with the state aid from municipal resources in the Region of Hradec Králové and the analysis of the data from The Central Register of de minimis Aid for two last years. The conclusion of the thesis brings the recommendations to towns and villiges in the particular areas of the state aid.
