Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesy souvisejícími se vstupem podniku na kapitálový trh se zaměřením na Českou republiku. V úvodní kapitole práce nahlíží na zdroje financí podniku, které se dají rozdělit na cizí a vlastní. V následující části jsou zmíněny možnosti kapitálového trhu, jakým způsobem je trh regulován, jeho nejznámější investiční nástroje a rizika. Současně práce nahlíží také na české burzy. Ve třetí části bakalářská práce vysvětluje způsob vstupu podniku na trh formou prvotní veřejné nabídky akcií, zkoumá kritéria pro vstup, jeho přínosy a nevýhody. Ujasňuje výběr partnerů pro IPO a interpretuje základní fáze prvotní veřejné nabídky akcií. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce je nahlíženo na možná zlepšení působení podniku na kapitálovém trhu. Jsou zde uváděny jak dohled a podpora ČNB, tak i vstup na zahraniční kapitálový trh, možnost fúze podniků, dále je prezentován význam důvěryhodnosti společnosti pro investory, efektivnosti, stability, transparentnosti a v neposlední řade prohloubení znalostí o trhu.

Abstract:

Business processes related to the entry on the capital market. The bachelor thesis deals with processes associated with the entry onto the capital market, focusing on the Czech Republic. In the introductory chapter the thesis identifies the sources of corporate funds, which can be divided into foreign and own. In the following part possibilities of the capital market, the way the market is regulated, its best-known investment instruments and risks are outlined. Simultaneously the thesis looks into the Czech Stock Exchanges. In the third part the thesis explains the way companies enter the market through initial public offering, it examines the criteria for entry, its benefits and drawbacks. It clarifies the choice of partners for the IPO and interprets the basic stages of initial public offerings. The final part of the thesis considers possible improvements in the effect of a company on the capital market. The CNB supervision and support is presented there, as well as access to foreign capital markets or the possibility of merger. Furthermore it reveals the importance of company credibility with investors, of efficiency, stability, transparency, and, ultimately, of deeper knowledge of the market.
