Abstract:

Práce na téma ?Fyzioterapie po operaci dle Grice u pacienta s diagnózou DMO? se zabývá problematikou dětské mozkové obrny z pohledu ortopedické a následné fyzioterapeutické léčby. O dětské mozkové obrně se mluví jako o onemocnění, které je neprogresivním, ale ve svých projevech nikoli neměnným postižením vyvíjejícího se mozku. DMO se řadí mezi nejčastější neurovývojová onemocnění postihující především motorický systém.Obecná část práce je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky o centrální nervové soustavě, řízení pohybu, anatomii akra dolní končetiny a o neurogenně podmíněné deformitě nohy - pes planovalgus. Stejně jako na seznámení se s problematikou dětské mozkové obrny a komplexní péče o pacienty s diagnózou. Je zde také popisována léčba spasticity, ortopedická léčba a samotný operační výkon dle Grice.Hlavní část tvoří kasuistika dítěte, které prodělalo ortopedickou operaci dle Grice a je zde sledován průběh celé léčby a stanoveny jednotlivé krátkodobé fyzioterapeutické plány v době před operací, po operaci a po sundání sádrové fixace. V závěru je hodnocena úspěšnost operačního výkonu z pohledu fyzioterapeuta a sestaven dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Dětskou mozkovou obrnu nelze vyléčit, ale včasnou a správně aplikovanou rehabilitací celého multidisciplinárního týmu můžeme zlepšit, nebo alespoň udržet stav pacienta.

Abstract:

The subject matter of the work ?Physiotherapy after surgery according to Grice by patient diagnosed with cerebral palsy? is aimad at cerebral palsy from the viewpoint of orthopedic and physiotherapy follow-up treatment. About cerebral palsy shall be referred to as a not progresive disease which speeches are changing person´s developing brain. Cerebral Palsy is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorder affecting primarily motoric system. The general part of my work is focused on theoretical knowledge of the central nervous system, motion control, anatomy acre leg and foot deformities conditioned neurogenic route ? pes planovalgus. As well as familiarity with problems of the cerebral palsy and the comprehensive care for patients with the diagnosis. In this part is desribed the treatment of spasticity, ortopedic treatment and surgery by Grice. In the main part of work are described reports of a child who has undergone orthopedic surgery according to Grice and it is watched the entire course of treatment. Also are set a different short-term plans at the time of physiotherapy before surgery, after surgery and after removing the plaster cast. Finally, there is evaluated the success of the surgery from the perspective of a physiotherapist and compiled physiotherapeuticprogramme long-term plan. The infantile cerebral palsy can not be cured, but early and correctly applied rehabilitation by multidisciplinary team can improve or at least maintain the patient's condition.
