The Legal Aspects of Cultural Monument Protection
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany kulturních památek. Jelikož jde o velice rozsáhlou právní úpravu, zaměřuji se především na nemovité kulturní památky, plošnou ochranu kulturních památek a archeologické výzkumy. Stěžejní oblastí práce je proces obnovy kulturní památky. Na většinu aspektů ochrany kulturních památek je zde také z velké části nazíráno z pohledu stavebního práva.
Abstract:
My thesis deals with the question of monument preservation. Because it is very wide legal regulation, I focuse on immovable monuments, conservation areas and archeological researches. The renewal of the monument is fundamental part of this work. In majority point of view of monument preservation, I regard also from look of building law.
