Předmětem diplomové práce „Veřejné zakázky – současné problémové oblasti“ je zhodnocení efektivnosti zadávání veřejných zakázek v odpadovém hospodářství obcí. Veřejné zakázky byly nejdříve definovány z právního hlediska, poté z ekonomického pojetí. Byly také definovány některé faktory mající vliv na jejich efektivnost. The goal of the submitted thesis: “Public Procurements - Current Problems” is to evaluate the effectiveness of public procurement in waste management of municipalities.
