Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem na hospitační činnost vedoucích pracovníků škol, která je součástí jejich kontrolní činnosti. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části popisujeme hospitaci jako kontrolu průběhu a výsledků vzdělávacího procesu a její metodiku.
