Bakalářská práce Historický vývoj právní úpravy sexuálních trestných činů, pojednává o změnách právní úpravy vybraných sexuálních trestných činů v období od doby feudalismu po 20. století. Práce se nejprve zaměřuje na stručný nástin vývoje trestního práva od středověku, následně autorka popisuje vztah jednotlivých právních pramenů k sexuálně trestným činům.
